“She was about to be euthanized….” Happy was sitting on my foot as I listened to her dramatic story. The little Chihuahua mix truly was happy, despite or perhaps because of her fate. She was playful as a puppy, also an old soul. Happy had been found at a Pet Sanctuary and Rescue place. Now her foster people are trying to find her a home.
